How to buy a ticket
- Go to an authorized PCSO lotto outlet (or PCSO's official online platform, where available).
- Pick 6 numbers, or ask for Lucky Pick (random).
- Pay — a standard ₱20 per combination for 6-digit games.
- Keep your ticket safe and sign the back. It's your only proof.
Beware of "lotto agents" on social media who take payment by GCash and send a photo of a ticket. You have no claim if they disappear.
Claiming prizes and tax
- Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% final tax.
- Small prizes can be claimed at outlets; larger prizes at PCSO branches; jackpots at the PCSO main office.
- Bring the original ticket and two valid IDs.
- Prizes must be claimed within one year from the draw date, or they're forfeited.
Reality check
Buying 10 tickets for Ultra Lotto moves your odds from 1 in 40.5 million to 1 in 4 million. Treat lotto as entertainment that supports PCSO charity programs, not as a plan.
