How they work
You control a cannon at the edge of an underwater screen. Each shot costs a set amount (your "bullet" value). Every fish has a multiplier — small fish 2×–5×, big fish and bosses 100× or more. When a shot "catches" a fish, you win bullet value × multiplier.
Whether a hit catches a fish is decided by the game's RNG, not by your aim alone. Bigger fish have a lower catch chance to balance the bigger payouts.
Why budgets vanish fast
Fishing games fire many shots per minute, and features like auto-fire and lock-on speed that up further. Treat each bullet as a bet — because it is.
- Turn off auto-fire.
- Use the lowest cannon level while learning.
- Set a time limit — the arcade style makes time fly.
